There are four 18 hole golf courses within a 12 mile radius of the Glen of Aherlow, two of which are championship designed courses. Located on the Glen of Aherlow Road in Tipperary, Dundrum, Ballykisteen and Cahir, they offer plenty of varied choice and challenge to golfing enthusiasts. Green Fees are reasonably priced.

Narrow fairways dominate this course. However the golfer has a variety of tees to play from thus altering the difficulty of the course and accuracy required to suit ones handicap. Plenty of water.

County Tipperary Golf And Country Club was founded in 1986. The course was designed by Philip Walton. Using the natural features of woodland and parkland interwoven by the Multeen River. Philip created a challenging par 72, a real test of golf.
